The Kallithea Run – April 6, 2025

One of the most anticipated events on the running calendar is the “Kallithea Run”, scheduled for Sunday, April 6, 2025. Participants can choose from 2.5 km, 5 km, and 10 km distances, catering to runners of all fitness levels.

The starting and finishing point is at Davaki Square in Kallithea. The 10 km route takes runners along El Venizelos Avenue (Thiseos), heading north towards Ag. Panton Street, where the route turns back. Runners then continue to Isminis Street before returning to Davaki Square. For those seeking a shorter challenge, the 2.5 km route offers a compact experience along a similar path.

Looking Back: The Kallithea Half Marathon 2024

Another highlight in Kallithea’s running scene was the “Kallithea Half Marathon”, held on Sunday, September 22, 2024. The event featured race distances of 21.1 km, 10 km, and 5 km, starting from the iconic Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC). This renowned cultural venue not only provided a picturesque backdrop but also enhanced the event’s vibrant atmosphere.
